Referring to his meeting with Mamanbiy Omarov, First Deputy Transport Minister of Uzbekistan, Afandizadeh said that the Uzbek side expressed interest of the Uzbek transport minister to visit Iran’s railway, road, and port infrastructures soon. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is promoting green lending and facilitating trade in Uzbekistan by offering a financial facility of up to $45 million (€42.5 million) to a major private lender, Ipak Yuli Bank, the EBRD press service reports.
