ASTANA – Kazakhstan has increased the range of goods for exports by 767 commodity items in the first quarter of this year, Kazakh Vice Minister of Trade and Integration Kairat Torebayev said at a May 22 Central Communications Service briefing. “Destinations for exports are expanding. Kazakhstan is exporting non-primary goods to 106 countries this year, six more than in 2022,” Torebayev noted. A group of Chinese citizens working and living in Florida is challenging a new law that bans them from buying property in the state. The American Civil Liberties Union, a civil rights group representing the plaintiffs, said the law is unconstitutional and discriminatory.
