The twinning documents between the cities of Shusha-Khiva, Ganja – Samarkand, Lankaran – Bukhara, Shaki-Kokand as well as roadmap for cooperation between the cities of Baku and Tashkent were signed on the sidelines of the 1st Uzbekistan-Azerbaijan Interregional Forum, said Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov. Unlike the times before, this year, the Day of Knowledge in Uzbekistan’s far southern settlement of Angor was celebrated not in a dilapidated school of antediluvian times but in a completely new and modern building.
